Atlanta record producer OG Parker is the host of a new songwriting series produced by Red Bull TV.

"The Cut," which appears online April 22 (check it out here), features 18 unsigned songwriters and producers who are randomly paired and tasked with creating an original song in a 10-hour window. The winning duo is chosen by peers and the prize is a publishing deal with Red Bull Songs, which includes recording time in the Red Bull Music Studio in Los Angeles.

Some of the talent involved includes songwriter Tasha Catour, R&B singer Adonis the Greek, platinum producer Ye Ali and Brooklyn native Cryssy Bandz.

The original tracks created on the series will be available for streaming on SpotifySoundcloud and all other music streaming platforms.

OG Parker – born Joshua Isaih Parker – has been with Quality Control Music since 2014 and studied music and graphic arts at Georgia State University.
