One of the oddest parts of the 2016 race for President has been the relatively small number of negative ads that have been run against front runner Donald Trump. Now, with Trump extending his delegate lead after Super Tuesday, more outside groups are unveiling ads designed to hit Trump, and hit him hard.

"Former students say Trump University was a scam," the narrator intones in an ad put out by the outside group, Our Principles PAC.

That ad is running in Florida and Michigan, which vote this month.

Also getting in on the negative ads against Trump is the Club for Growth, a conservative group that ran some ads last year in Iowa, which some believe hurt him.

"Trump picks on workers and widows," the Club for Growth ad says.

Club for Growth is also targeting Florida - and these efforts are grabbing the attention of voters.
