Plane crash shuts down I-285

Four are dead in a plane crash on I-285 that had traffic shut down in both directions as of 10:30 a.m. Friday.

The crash occurred near Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. According to Channel 2 Action News, the fire is out but very little wreckage remains.

Chamblee and Doraville police are on the scene. An AJC photographer is route and a reporter is on the scene. Check back to AJC.com for updates.
