Capitol Avenue ramp scheduled to close Saturday

The ramp from Capitol Avenue to I-20 east will close this weekend to allow contractors to resurface the ramp.

The ramp will close at 7:30 a.m. Saturday and reopen at 10 a.m. Sunday.

A detour will be in place while the ramp is closed. Traffic will be routed to Fulton Street from Capitol Avenue. Traffic will continue to I-20 east from Fulton Street.
