Jason Bateman and Oprah Winfrey are working on projects in Atlanta this summer and each production is accepting resumes for crew positions.
Bateman will star in, direct and executive-produce the new Netflix project, called "Ozark," about a drug-money laundering that takes place at The Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. It's filming at Lake Allatoona in Cherokee County. Bateman and Cherokee Sheriffs Lt. Jay Baker recently took this photo at the set location:

Henrietta Lacks died in 1951 yet her cells live on and it's not hyperbolic to say they probably have impacted nearly every human being on the planet.
"She was a poor black tobacco farmer whose cells—taken without her knowledge in 1951—became one of the most important tools in medicine, vital for developing the polio vaccine, cloning, gene mapping, in vitro fertilization, and more," Skloot notes on her author site, rebeccaskloot.com.
It's a riveting book with a key Atlanta connection, and the film adaptation sounds compelling. If you're interested in applying for a crew position send your resume to Helaproduction2016@gmail.com
