Obama to Jeter: "For a baseball player, you were old, man"

President Barack Obama, getting ready to transition out of his current job, sat down with longtime MLB star Derek Jeter to talk about retirement.

"I'm not quite as young as you, but still relatively young," the president said. The legendary Yankee asked him to repeat that, noting that in the pro sports realm, you're over the hill at age 30.

"I mean, for a baseball player, you were old, man. Let’s face it," POTUS quipped. "We saw you trying to run around those bases."
