JonBenet Ramsey's brother Burke will appear in a three-part interview with Dr. Phil starting Monday.

"Has it ever occurred to you that your parents actually thought you did this and didn’t ask you because they didn’t want to know?” Dr. Phil asked Burke, according to early excerpts of the interview provided by CBS.
Burke responded: “I know people think I did it; that my parents did it. I know that we were suspects.”

The interview airs on Sept. 12-13 and Sept. 19. See this link for local listings.

"The night your sister JonBenet was killed, there were three people in that house that we know the identity of and you're one of those three," Dr. Phil asked Burke. "You, your mother and your father. But in the 20 years that have gone by, you're the one who has never spoken. You've never talked about this publicly, and you've decided to do this now. My question for you is why now and why here?"

Burke, 29, responded: "For a long time the media basically made our lives crazy. They would follow us around. It was just kind of a chaotic nightmare. It's the 20th anniversary and there's apparently still a lot of attention around it."

JonBenet was buried in Marietta. When her mother, Patsy, died in 2006, she was buried near her daughter.
