TMZ cites sources saying that some of her relatives are pursing the small screen project. Her father Bobby Brown will not be a part of it, the report states.

It's the latest example of the family funneling their grief into promotional activities. Her cousin Jerod Brown has announced that he'd teamed up with her companion Nick Gordon on a line of commemorative T-shirts. Over the weekend Jerod posted news of a "Pray for BK" video.

It's unlikely that Bobby Brown is in favor of the various Bobbi Kristina-themed projects.

“This is a criminal investigation and we do not need this side show,” the statement said.

Jerod said in a post on his public Facebook page that he is not part of the show but doesn't begrudge those who are.

"I have no parts in Brown Reality Show. Never did...Never will," he wrote on Tuesday. "No shade to my family."

Bobbi Kristina has been in the hospital since a Jan. 31 medical emergency.

A flurry of reports citing unnamed family sources have given hints at her condition. After People and USA Today reported that her breathing tube had been repositioned CNN reported that she "will now be ventilated through a hole in her throat, a sign of long-term need.

The Houston family has had little to say beyond requests for prayer and privacy. They've had no official comment on Bobbi Kristina's medical plight being used to launch TV shows or videos.

Bobbi Kristina's aunt Pat Houston took out a restraining order against Nick last year. Last week, Nick's lawyers announced he had withdrawn a request for a temporary restraining order that sought to stymie a search warrant involving a security camera. The petition for a temporary restraining order had been filed in Fulton County Superior Court on Monday.
