Bobbi Kristina Brown's aunt Leolah, who stormed out of her niece's Alpharetta memorial service and then later continued lashing out via social media , is not done.

In an open letter to the media, Leolah says she should be recognized as her late niece's rightful guardian.

I, Leolah Brown was the only one that Whitney left guardianship to when it came to Bobbi Kristina. This is the main reason Pat hates me! Time is out for LIES! The Brown & Houston family knows I am telling the truth. But there is a reason why I never fought her grandmother Cissy on that.

With all due respect to Cissy, She and Pat both know just as well as anyone else in the Brown & Houston families, that I am the legal guardian to Bobbi Kristina chosen by my sister Whitney. Furthermore, Pat was PRESENT when the documents were signed by Whitney and myself along with Whitney's attorneys! If you find Pat's name anywhere on any documents regarding Bobbi Kristina's guardian or Whitney Houston, trust and know that they have been manipulated!"

Actually, a judge named Pat Houston and Bobbi Kristina's father Bobby Brown as her co-guardians and an Atlanta attorney as her conservator.

Whitney Houston's will named Bobbi Kristina as her sole heir and Pat Houston as executor.

Bobbi Kristina died July 26 at age 22. A medical emergency on Jan. 31 sent her first to the hospital, then long-term care, then finally, hospice.

The National Enquirer this week posted a photo that someone took of Bobbi Kristina while she was in hospice care. Reportedly, someone also took and sold a photo of her open casket.
