CO, a modern Southeast Asian-inspired restaurant, has unlocked doors in Atlanta.  The new restaurant opened Monday.

With locations in Charleston, Savannah, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach, its new location, at 675 North Highland Avenue Northeast, marks the first spot for CO in Georgia.

The menu includes flavors from Malaysia, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam in the form of small bites, wok noodle dishes, dumplings and sushi. Highlights include a  banh mi with sauteed lemongrass and garlic and beef pho with rice vermicelli.

A full beverage menu, including in-house sake infusions, cocktails and boba tea, will debut later this month.
