This event is a safe alternative to traditional trick-or-treating in neighborhoods. Young participants are invited to wear their Halloween costumes and bring a bag to carry their goodies.

Festival goers can enjoy arts and crafts, games, inflatable rides, police and fire activities and a photo booth. There will also be free candy, games and contests.

There is a fee for concessions and inflatable rides.

Free parking is at the entrance to the park.

Hosts include Cobb PARKS, Cobb Department of Public Safety, Safe Kids Cobb County and Cobb County 4-H.
