‘Millennium Tour: Turned Up’ coming to State Farm Arena in November

Get ready to sing, dance and party all night long!
“The Millennium Tour: Turned Up 2022″ tour schedule was just announced, and the lineup is bringing all the feel-good nostalgia vibes. Bow Wow, Keri Hilson and Mario will headline the tour along with other legendary acts. Joining the headliners will be Lloyd, Pleasure P, Bobby V, Sammie, Chingy, Day 26 along with Atlanta icons, the Ying Yang Twins, Dem Franchize Boyz, Lil Scrappy, Travis Porter, Crime Mob and Trillville.
You may remember past “Millennium Tours” featuring Bow Wow and B2K, then Bow Wow and Omarion. The only constant seems to be Bow Wow – and I don’t blame them as I went to the original show, and it seemed like every seat was filled. It’s also interesting that the lineup announcement came just a few weeks after Mario and Omarion went head-to-head during a Verzuz battle.
Did Mario do so well that he got the job and replaced Omarion on his headlining tour? This is actually the first “Millennium Tour” that Omarion is not a part of. In 2019 and 2020, Omarion co-headlined with Bow Wow. The 2020 tour had to be postponed due to the pandemic but picked back up in October of last year. The 2021 edition included a number of supporting acts like Soulja Boy, Ashanti and Sammie.
Bow Wow made the announcement via his Instagram page with details on tickets. Presale starts Thursday, Aug. 18 at 10 a.m. The rapper even shared the code word to use to grab those tickets – “TURNUP.” General public tickets go on sale Friday, Aug. 19 at 10 a.m.
The tour will be making its way to State Farm Arena Sunday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. I have a feeling these tickets are going to go fast with this star-studded lineup, so if you’re interested, you can grab yours at ticketmaster.com.
