Whether you’re planning a big night out with friends or just want to get out of the house, there’s plenty to do in Atlanta this weekend. From a sneaker convention to a beer fest, take a look at all the fun things to do in town over the next few days.

Vibe out at Big K.R.I.T.’s Tabernacle show

Big K.R.I.T. is taking his fifth studio album, “Digital Roses Don’t Die,” on the road with a stop at the Tabernacle on June 10. While you’re counting down the days to turn up, check out the throwback vibes in the rapper’s newly released “Rhode Clean.” Fun fact: Atlanta hair artist Jordy Pope styled his hair for the video.

Catch comedy at a coffee shop

Whether you like roasting beans or hecklers, the San Francisco Coffee Company has you covered with their Comfy Couch Comedy special. The event features eight stand-up comedians performing live. Entry is free, with food and drinks available for purchase.

Shop local vendors at Makers Market ATL

Bring your friends and even the kiddos for Saturday afternoon fun at this family-friendly event. At Makers Market ATL’s new East Point Exchange location, you can browse local vendors while listening to live vinyl DJ sets and soaking in the vibes of the experiential community.

Elevate your shoe game

Sneakerheads unite! On Sunday from 1 to 7 p.m., you can buy, sell, and trade sneakers, streetwear, and other highly sought-after items at The Sneaker Exit sneaker convention. While general admission and VIP ticket options are available, children 10 and under get in free with a ticketed adult.

Consume copious amounts of beer in a park

One of the summer’s best beer festivals is taking over Historic Fourth Ward Park this weekend, with more than 150 local and national beers, live music, wine options and more. Tickets for the Atlanta Summer Beer Festival are $50 in advance and $60 on the day of the event (if not sold out). The price of your ticket includes a souvenir cup, entertainment, and unlimited beer, wine and cider samples.
