The firm currently occupies a building on West Peachtree Street.

Drew Eckl & Farnham specializes a number of fields, including commercial, real estate, transportation, employment and malpractice law.

The 60-story SunTrust Plaza and the attached Garden Offices complex is home to its namesake bank as well as noted law firms such as Dentons. In 2013, Coca-Cola announced plans to move 2,000 information technology workers to the Garden Offices from an office park in Cobb County.

Portman Director of Leasing Travis Garland said in a news release this week announcing the deal that SunTrust Plaza is now 98 percent leased.
