Coaches at Calhoun County, North Springs and Cook earn first wins as big underdogs.

Calhoun County’s Deshon Brock and North Springs’ Walter Vaughn won as the biggest underdogs. Calhoun County beat Pelham, and North Springs beat Riverwood.
Cook coach Cornelius Brown’s team upset No. 2 Swainsboro as a 9-point underdog in a Class 2A game.
