The votes in the race for Atlanta mayor have nearly all been counted, and there were a few surprises.

In this special edition of the Politically Georgia Podcast, host Greg Bluestein is joined by Atlanta City Hall Reporters Wilborn P. Nobles III and J.D. Capelouto and AJC managing editor Leroy Chapman. They discuss how Andre Dickens apparently managed to knock former Mayor Kasim Reed out of the race and how it will impact the upcoming runoff with Felicia Moore, who was the top finisher in Tuesday’s election.
