Incumbent Natalie Hall held a slim lead over challenger Moraima “Mo” Ivory as first results came in for the District 4 seat on Fulton County Commission. Hall’s other challenger, Sonya Ofchus, was a fairly distant third — but with only 6,043 votes counted less than 40 minutes after polls closed, Hall’s 141-vote margin is bound to change.
