Forty minutes after polls closed in Fulton County, first results in the three-way race for the District 6 county commission seat put incumbent Khadijah Abdur-Rahman far ahead of her two rivals with 5,128 votes out of 9,272 counted. Her closest challenger Ali Carter had about half Abdur-Rahman’s total with Ciara Anderson in third.
