Longtime Fulton County Tax Commissioner Arthur Ferdinand started with a commanding lead Tuesday night as primary election results came in. The first round of partial results gave Ferdinand more than two-thirds of the vote, putting him ahead of challenger Duvwon Robinson 20,286 to 9,039 only half an hour after polls closed.
