Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton have dominated the fund-raising race in Georgia, but it's Republican Mike Huckabee who is the heaviest spender in the state, according to an analysis of Federal Election Commission data.

The candidates themselves spent nearly $575,000 in Georgia, or with Georgia-based companies. That was good for 16th when compared to other states and the District of Columbia. Virginia saw the most spending – just more than $11 million – followed by New York and D.C. Hawaii had the least, with just $249.
