TV talk show host Conan O'Brien got wind of a bill introduced by Georgia Rep. Pam Dickerson, D-Conyers, that would make it a misdemeanor to Photoshop a person's head onto an obscene picture.
He mentioned the proposed law and then said to an appreciative audience on his Wednesday show, "This window may be closing fast, so I must act quickly."
