House and Senate covene at 10 a.m. for Day 36 of the 2014 General Assembly.

The Senate will vote on the “left lane lurkers” bill, which targets motorists who drive slow in the fast lane.

The House will vote on a couple of alcohol bills: SB 240 would allow nonprofit museums to make liquor (The Atlanta History Center wants to build a still to recreate a historic setting); while SB 286 would allow wineries to make fortified wine.

At 1 p.m., a senate committee will unveil its rewrite of HB 875, which opponents have dubbed the “guns everywhere” bill.

The backdoor to campus carry is expected to be axed, with changes also expected to the provision allowing guns in churches.

The abortion and foster care overhaul bills will come up in House committees.
