The burger shop, helmed by husband-and-wife duo Elliot Shoener and Claire Shoener, began serving on March 12. BurgerFi serves “craft burgers” with fries and onion rings, and its menu includes the Beyond Burger, a vegan-friendly patty that has the texture of meat and uses beet juice to “bleed” as if it was made of beef.

The 2,860-square-foot restaurant has utilized furniture made from “upcycled” milk jugs and Coke bottles, and countertops are made from recycled paper. BurgerFi also has locations in Lawrenceville, Alpharetta and Kennesaw.

The Peachtree Corners restaurant is located at 6141 Peachtree Parkway.
