Georgia continues to see an increase in regular telecommuters, despite a decline nationally, according to Mike Rieman, a spokesman for the Clean Air Campaign. The campaign and Gov. Nathan Deal announced the second annual “Telework Week,” to take place from Sep. 12 to Sep. 16.

The campaign, which works to convince employers and workers to shift to greener commutes, is holding an educational telework summit on Sept. 15 at the Loudermilk Center in downtown Atlanta.
