Shiloh Baptist Church in McDonough is hosting its annual “Bless the Badges Campaign” on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. The event is a chance for law enforcement and youth to interact. The event will include workshops for youth in collaboration with Henry County Schools, public safety officers, judicial officials and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Topics for workshop breakout sessions include respect for law enforcement, judges and attorneys, education and home and family life. There also will be recreational activities for the children. The church is located at 262 Macon Street in McDonough.
