In Westside Ironworks, Villa Savannah has become one of the top spots in Atlanta for women of all ages seeking to fill their homes with hand-selected items.

Owner Dean Caldarelli initially opened the store in 2005 as an extension of his residential real estate business, selling home accessories, lighting and furnishings. The immediate success of the store allowed Caldarelli to introduce a jewelry collection to better captivate his style-invested audience. The collection sold.

A style collection soon followed and expanded to fashion accessories and merchandise. A true luxury, lifestyle boutique was born on Atlanta's west side.

"The merchandising of our store is really what sets us apart from other lifestyle boutique concepts," said Caldarelli. "Not only are our goods, every single one of them, hand-selected by me or my associate, but the way we present the product mingles furniture and home accessories with fashion and style. It's truly a luxury lifestyle shop," he said.

"Our creative vignettes throughout the store inspire our patrons. It's not uncommon for a customer to purchase a blouse with a candle and a lamp from the same corner of our store as they embrace the look and feel for their wardrobe as well as their home," he said.

For design-savvy women, Villa Savannah is the only place in metro Atlanta where the latest in women's fashion from signature California designers can be found. No more embarrassing matches at a party.

"Hand-selection is our significant difference," Caldarelli said.

A few of the West Coast-based brands found at Villa Savannah include Hy Fve, avant garde designs with an Asian influence; Kori, fashionable dresses; Love Stitch, hand-made cotton and linen with great details, and Naked Zebra, solid-only separates with great design.

Hy Fve dresses are priced at $98, while Kori dresses are a bit more expensive at $128 a piece. Love Stitch and Naked Zebra tops range in price at $118 for the former and $78 for latter.

Customers can shop at Villa Savannah in Westside Atlanta at 1085 Howell Mill Road, Suite B2, 404-228-8948.
