Toys for Tots campaign kicks off holiday drive

Nov 28, 2011Here's your chance to play Santa this year.
The United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta has joined forces with the U.S. Marine Corps for the 2011 Toys For Tots campaign, which runs through Dec. 23.
Donors can drop off new, unwrapped toys at any Publix store in metro Atlanta or at the United Way's office at 100 Edgewood Ave. N.E.
The goal is to collect 750,000 toys.
Families can call 211 or 404-614-1000 or go to unitedwayatlanta.org. to be connected to authorized agencies to request toys.
