For St. Patrick’s Day this year, venture from the artificially green-colored beers and cocktails that seem to be a March 17 must. Having drinks that simply feature ingredients from Ireland, without any dyes, will get you the boozy fun you’re wanting without the strange hues.

Here are three such cocktails to try. The first one has winter’s flavors packaged in an icy springtime drink; you’ll want to start with it.

The Dude’s Breakfast

1 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream

1 oz. Cîroc Vodka

3 oz. cold brew coffee

1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish grated nutmeg

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a double rocks glass over ice. Garnish with the nutmeg.
