Best Bites: Russell Stover Caramel Minis

Let’s face it, drugstore chocolate is never going to be the best chocolate. On the other hand, chocolate is chocolate, and nothing is better than chocolate. Russell Stover has come out with a new Everyday line of chocolates, wrapped individually or in miniature sizes. We liked the assorted chocolates and the pistachio bark, but our favorite was the caramel minis, with a smooth and creamy caramel sauce in every piece of chocolate.
