Some tortilla chips are wimpy. You dip them into salsa, and they break off in the bowl. But these new organic chips from Late July are thick and hearty, with a clean taste of corn and salt. Good by themselves and better with salsa, they are delightfully addicting; once we started eating them, we couldn’t stop.
