Over the weekend, much of the cast of 90s hit show “Boy Meets World” reunited in Chicago to celebrate the 90th birthday of actor William Daniels, who played the beloved, but cranky Mr. Feeny on the series.

Alongside his wife, Bonnie Bartlett, Daniels celebrated the milestone with Danielle Fishel (Topanga), Rider Strong (Shawn), Will Friedle (Eric), Trina McGee (Angela), and Anthony Tyler (Quinn).

On Daniel’s Twitter account, he shared a picture of him holding a cupcake next to his wife with the caption “Time flies! Spend it with the ones you love.”

While there was plenty to celebrate, fans noticed one prominent face wasn’t in attendance. Ben Savage, who played Corey in the series, rarely appears at cast reunions. Savage is also busy running for an open seat in congress to represent parts of Los Angeles County.

“Boy Meets World” ran from 1993-2000, and followed Cory Matthews (Ben Savage) as he navigated adolescence, friendship and school. The show garnered a spin-off, “Girl Meets World,” which had a three-season run from 2014-2017.

The “Boy Meets World” cast will reunite again in September at 90s Con to celebrate the show’s 30th anniversary.
