The father and brother of a "Harry Potter" actress have been charged with making death threats against her, according to the BBC.

Abdul Azad, 54, and son Ashraf, 28, are facing charges for threatening Afshan Azad, 22, an actress in the Harry Potter film series.

Both men appeared Tuesday in Manchester Magistrates' Court, but was adjourned until July 12, the BBC reported.

Afshan was cast as Padma Patil in the film series and will be featured in the final film, "Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows."
