Ale aficionados rejoice! You've got a fun Saturday on tap on the south side.

The first annual Brewgaloo Beer Fest in McDonough, Ga is this Saturday, Oct. 26, from 2-6 p.m. at the Jason Harper Event Center at Heritage Park.

The event will feature over 100 domestic, import, and craft varieties from some of the premier distributors in the southeast including ciders, ginger beers, pumpkin ales, gluten-free, chocolate and milk stouts, coffee porter, and even beer ice cream!

Unlimited samples and a commemorative tasting cup are included with the price of admission, plus live entertainment from the Mackie Creek Band and DrugStore Cowboys. Food trucks and designated driver services will also be onsite.

The event is a new annual fundraiser for Haven House, a safe shelter in Henry County for victims of domestic violence and their children.
