Summer officially arrives on June 20 and with it comes a few special deals on metro-area attractions.

You can always reference our guide to getting free admission to Atlanta's popular attractions for savings all-year round , but some deals only come around in the summertime.

Here are four ways to save this summer at local attractions:

Georgia Aquarium : Summer brings more daylight hours, so it is a good time to take advantage of Georgia Aquarium's Imagination Nights. Visit the attraction after 4 p.m. every day of the week and save more than 30 percent off full-priced admission. You pay $27 for access to the full Aquarium including the new dolphin presentation (subject to availability).

Regal Summer Movies Express : Catch up on family-friendly films at participating Regal Theaters and pay $1 admission all summer long. Movies on the weekly schedule include favorites such as Home, Despicable Me 2, Goosebumps, The Lego Movie and more. Each week on Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 a.m., two selected movies will play on both days. See the  website for details. Click here to see our listing of free outdoor movies.
