Kordell Stewart, retired NFL player, ex-husband of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" castmate Porsha Williams and former sports talk host, has won a defamation case against a viral video star who claimed they were gay lovers.

RadarOnline got a hold of the lawsuit.

Stewart, who has previously denied he is gay, won a default judgment in DeKalb County Superior Court in a suit against Andrew Caldwell. He filed the original complaint last October and won his case earlier this month.

Stewart won by default because Caldwell never showed up in court.

He is scheduled to appear in court December 12 for the judge to determine damages.

"I had everything that Porsha got," Caldwell said to The ShakeUP Morning Show last year. "I had bags, purses, cars. I'm in a Jaguar right now. Honey, did you see that Jaguar over there?"

He later retracted those statements to TMZ but the damage was done.

After the news of the lawsuit results came out, Caldwell on Facebook Live claimed he was never served the lawsuit.
