Atlanta media mogul Tyler Perry has four shows on OWN, including the big hit "The Haves and the Have Nots." Two of the shows are going away but a new one is coming forth in its place in 2018: a spin-off of his first hit on TBS called "House of Payne."

The two series finishing up their final seasons: The sitcom "Love Thy Neighbor" will have a fourth and final seasonwhile comedy "Tyler Perry's For Better or Worse" (a hold-over from TBS) will end with a sixth season. Both will air on Saturday nights.

"Love Thy Neighbor" is scheduled to return for 22 episodes March 4 while "For Better or Worse" will debut its final season June 10 for 20 episodes.

"The Haves and the Have Nots" is guaranteed 44 more episodes while "If Loving You Is Wrong" will get 18 more.

According to TVLine, the "Paynes:" spin-off will be written, directed and produced by Perry. Curtis and Ella Payne (stars LaVan Davis and Cassi Davis, reprising their roles) are technically retired in retirement in Florida only to get roped into a real estate deal that will cause chaos. The series is set to premiere in 2018.

"House of Payne" was a groundbreaking series for Perry, establishing him in the TV world. TBS aired from 2006 to 2012 with a whopping 254 episodes. It was the first series in which Perry offered up 10 episodes for free to networks to do a test run. Since it did well with more than 5 million people watching the first two episodes, TBS guaranteed another 100.

In 2012, he struck a partnership with his buddy Oprah Winfrey and his series helped lift OWN's ratings significantly. He gave her a chance to break into scripted series at a reasonable cost. Since then, OWN has offered up more serious scripted fare with "Greenleaf" and "Queen Sugar."
