Puppet master and ventriloquist extraordinaire Jeff Dunham is coming back to what is now State Farm Arena for a fourth time next year on March 28.

Ticket prices range from $53.50 to $221.

This will be Dunham’s first trip back since 2014, when it was still called Philips Arena.

“Atlanta has always treated me well,” he told me in an interview in 2014. “But what’s funny is I get some of my biggest audiences in the Northeast and Northwest. There must be rednecks all over the country!”

Dunham’s latest 56-city tour is dubbed “Passive Aggressive,” started this week and will run into April.

He will bring back many of his classic puppet characters including Peanut, Walter, Jose Jalapeno, Bubba J and Achmed the Dead Terriorist, who is indeed still dead. A couple of new characters will likely pop up as well. The 56-city tour include stops in Canada and the U.S.

Dunham is such a singular entertainer, he has no real peer in terms of popularity in his particular genre. He has nearly 10 million Facebook followers and 1.8 million YouTube subscribers. His last comedy special “Relative Disaster” is on Netflix.
