Former Star 94 mid-day host Tripp West Monday started working at Groove 105.7 from noon to 7 p.m.

He'd been producing the Jason Pullman and Kristen Gates 94.9/The Bull morning show and will do so for a few more days while he said he transitions in a new producer. He's been working with the Bull for awhile, though Star (via his non-compete clause in his contract with them) kept him off the air until early November.

West has dance cred. He had been doing a Saturday night dance party mix on Star 94 before he was let go earlier this year and does party DJing on the side so the Groove fits his groove perfectly.

-Marc "Marco" Orem, who was let go earlier this year from Star 94 as part of the Morning Mess, has found a new job back where he came from: Indianapolis. This week, he started a solo morning show guy at I-94. Superphat Mikey is no longer in radio. Shannon Murphy ended up on a morning show a few months ago in Detroit.
