Hulu's popular dystopian thriller "The Handsmaid's Tale" comes to a first season end on Wednesday but don't worry: a second season is forthcoming.

Starz' "American Gods" also concludes its first round Sunday while AMC's "Turn" starts up its fourth and final season the same night.

And on Thursday, AFI honors Diane Keaton and on Sunday, History tackles the history of drug enforcement in the U.S.

Otherwise, a few reality competition shows return, including "So You Think You Can Dance" (Monday, Fox, 14th season), "American Ninja Warrior"( Monday, NBC, 9th season), "Face Off" (Tuesday, Syfy, 12th season) and "Alone" (Thursday, History, 4th season).

This covers Monday, June 12 through Sunday, June 18, 2017.

MONDAY

"American Ninja Warrior" 8 p.m. NBC (ninth season debut) — The Los Angeles qualifiers.

"So You Think You Can Dance" 8 p.m. Fox (14th season debut) — A loving Russian couple, a crazy fun hip-hop dancer and twins wow the judges.

"Better Call Saul" 8:53 p.m. AMC — Jimmy is pushed to desperate measures; Nacho picks up a new skill; Mike explores an alliance; and Kim stands up to Hamlin.

"Behind Bars: Women Unchained" 9 p.m. A&E — Officials in New Mexico create an experimental prison for female inmates that provides jobs and freedom of movement in an attempt to facilitate adjustment to the outside world and reduce the number of repeat offenders.

"Putin Interviews" 9 p.m. Showtime (part 1 of 4) — Oliver Stone interviews Russian president Vladimir Putin. Showtime will air parts 2 through 4 each day through Thursday.

"Superhuman" 9:01 p.m. Fox (new series) — Individuals with extraordinary skills and abilities—including synesthesia and frog calling—compete for a $50,000 grand prize.

"Daytime Divas" 9 p.m. VH1 — Maxine's coma has the other women scrambling to fill her void.

"Spartan Ultimate Team Challenge" 10 p.m. NBC (second season debut) — Shot in an old metal fabrication factory in Newnan, the series features teams going through obstacle courses.

"Angie Tribeca" 10:30 p.m. TBS (third season finale) — Dr. Scholls goes missing.

TUESDAY

"Downward Dog" 8 p.m. ABC — Nan visits New York with Jenn and Kevin for a big marketing meeting, leaving Jason to watch Martin at home, but Martin uses it as a chance to go on a trash-eating bender.

"America's Got Talent" 8 p.m. NBC — Johns Creek's Angelica Hale wowed the judges last week.

"Animal Kingdom" 9 p.m. TNT — Smurf takes J to the desert for an old friend's wake.

"Face Off" 9 p.m. Syfy (12th season debut) — In a first, the artists are divided into two make-up effects shops as Season 12 gets started. First assignment: Design a werewolf pack.

"Ink Master" 10 p.m. Spike TV — Two teams with Atlanta ties were in the bottom three last week but survived.

"7 Little Johnstons" 10 p.m. TLC — Amber is discharged from the hospital in time to help the family throw Anna's sweet-16 party for the ages.

WEDNESDAY

" The Handsmaid's Tale" 8 p.m. Hulu (first season finale)  — Sure, her husband is still alive and she found Moira but life isn't going to get any easier for Offred.

" Amazing Monkeys" 8 p.m. Smithsonian (new series) — The story of primate evolution and explores the many branches of the primate family tree.

" Little Big Shots" 8 p.m. NBC (second season finale) — Fan-favorite acts return.

"Masterchef" 8 p.m. Fox — The Top 20 chefs compete in the first mystery-box challenge of the season.

"The Carmichael Show" 9 p.m. NBC — Jerrod survives a tragedy, then fights against being labeled a victim and being coddled by his family. Complications result when he's forced to tell the police exactly what he saw.

"The F Word With Gordon Ramsay" 9 p.m. Fox — Special celebrity guests Katy Perry, Max Greenfield and Kal Penn.

"Blood Drive" 10 p.m. Syfy (new series) — In the dystopian future of 1999, Arthur Bailey is the last good cop among a horde of corrupt officials, living in desolate downtown Los Angeles.

"Fargo" 10 p.m. FX — Emmit sits down with Gloria and Nikki negotiates a deal.

THURSDAY

"Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta " 9 p.m. WE — Bow Wow is blindsided when his estranged father blasts him online. Later, Reginae clashes with Toya over her 18th birthday party.

"Nashville " 9 p.m. CMT — Maddie and Clay get pulled over by a police officer; Juliette searches for the perfect song to re-launch her career; Damien George returns to Nashville with grand ideas for Scarlett.

"Alone " 10 p.m. History (fourth season debut) — Seven family-member pairs are dropped miles apart on Northern Vancouver Island, where they must locate each other and survive the unforgiving terrain and deadly predators.

"AFI Lifetime Achievement Award " 10 p.m. TNT — Honoring Diane Keaton.

"The Ranch" 3:01 a.m. Netflix (third season debut)  Colt face a complicated love triangle.

"The Originals" 8 p.m. the CW  — The Hollow targets the most vulnerable Mikaelson, but Vincent believes he can use The Hollow's own dark magic to defeat his enemy for good.

"Truth & Lies" 9 p.m. ABC  — Exploring the 1972 break-in of the Democratic National Committee's headquarters that led to President Nixon's resignation.

"Reign" 9 p.m. the CW (series finale)  — Mary changes the course of history with a decision she makes.

"Wynonna Earp" 10 p.m. Syfy  — While Waverly's change accelerates and Doc makes a dangerous deal, Wynonna must fight spider creatures.
