Alton Brown shreds stupid kitchen devices

Atlanta's own Alton Brown is the stud of sarcasm, the don of derision, the man's man of mockery.

If you can't get enough of Alton Brown on Food Network's ubiquitous and delightfully addictive "Cutthroat Kitchen," the Atlanta food expert did a funny video for Blinkx and the Daily Dot taking down stupid "unitask" kitchen devices that do one job and one job only.

He mocks a strawberry slicer, a meat separator, an electric breakfast sandwich maker and a special brownie pan as well as something called the Rollie. It creates an egg dish that is shaped like, well, you'll see.

"Though I typically despite these devices, what I found in my investigation is that truthfully, America, it's your fault," he declared in classic Alton Brown fashion.

Makes you wish he would do new episodes of "Good Eats" again, eh?
