With less than a week before the runoff, Republican Karen Handel released a new TV spot that casts her Democratic opponent as an outsider who "doesn't share our values."

In the 30-second spot released this week, the former secretary of state criticizes Jon Ossoff for not living in the 6th District and for raising "millions outside Georgia from Nancy Pelosi and outsiders who just don't share our priorities."

It’s a familiar line of attack for Handel, who has centered her campaign in the June 20 runoff on her experience and assailed Ossoff as an out-of-touch liberal. Ossoff, meanwhile, has gone from forcefully criticizing Donald Trump to embracing more centrist messaging in recent months.

Ossoff grew up in the district but now lives just south of its borders, near where his fiancé is attending medical school at Emory University. Federal law doesn’t require members of Congress to live in their districts, and he’s said he’ll soon move.

Both candidates have raised enormous sums from out-of-state, but Ossoff has shattered records with an unprecedented fundraising haul of more than $23 million. The vast majority of his donations come from outside the district; many are in the form of small donations that his campaign says average less than $21.

Here’s the spot:

Here’s the script:

Sometimes our choices are clear. I have a proven record in the private sector and in public service.

Experience I want to put to work for you. My opponent doesn’t live here…doesn’t share our values

He’s raised millions outside Georgia from Nancy Pelosi and outsiders who just don’t share our priorities. He wants to make it about them, it should be about you.
