A few months after its engaging set at Shaky Knees Music Festival , British alt-rockers The 1975 will return to Atlanta.

The quartet is set to play the Fox Theatre toward the end of its fall headlining tour, with a date slated for 8 p.m. Nov. 22.

A pre-sale launches at 10 a.m. July 27 (password: LOVEME), and another pre-sale for Citi cardmembers starts at noon the same day. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. July 29 at www.foxtheatre.org. Ticket prices are TBA.

The band, fronted by shaggy-haired singer Matt Healy, is touring behind its No. 1 sophomore album, “I Like it When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware of It. “
