A day after being arrested in a shootout with police in New Jersey, the feds have filed a fourteen page criminal complaint against bomb suspect Ahmad Khan Rahami, charging the naturalized U.S. citizen with four different crimes, topped by the "Use of Weapons of Mass Destruction," associated with bomb attacks in both New York and New Jersey.
The details filed in a federal court in Manhattan go over the evidence found so far by investigators, and detail some of the preparations allegedly undertaken by Rahami for the attacks, as well as evidence from the bomb sites.
"The blast shattered windows as far as approximately 400 feet from the detonation site and, vertically, more than three stories high," the complaint reads.
Investigators have also uncovered evidence that Rahami used eBay to buy a number of items for his bomb-making efforts, that included citric acid, a printed circuit board, electric igniters, along with ball bearings, which were packed into the pressure cooker bomb.

In an email, an eBay official stressed that all of the items supposedly purchased by Rahami are legal to buy, both online and at regular stores.
"We've been proactively working with law enforcement authorities on their investigation," eBay said in a written statement.
The criminal complaint also contained some entries from a journal that was recovered by police when Rahami was arrested on Monday.
The court documents indicate that Rahami praised the Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hassan, along with Anwar al-Awlaki, an Al Qaeda leader - and American citizen - who was killed in a U.S. drone strike in Yemen.
