On June 12, four of Atlanta's top Latino chefs, Julio Delgado, Hector Santiago, Carlos Casals and Pablo Colon, will partner on A Taste of Puerto Rico, a special heritage dinner to benefit Ser Familia, a charity for the local Latino community.
Delgado will host the Puerto Rican heritage celebration at JP Atlanta, where he serves as executive chef . Santiago of El Super Pan, Casals of Cherokee Country Club and Colon of the Ritz Carlton Atlanta will join Delgado in the kitchen to prepare a Puerto Rican-inspired four course menu with wine pairings, and offer perspectives on their dish and how it was influenced by their heritage.
The evening will begin with live music and specialty cocktails featuring Don Q rum at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. $55 per person includes specially curated wine pairings. Reservations 404-523-4004 or jp-atlanta.com.
