Travel & Leisure magazine recently published its list of the best farm-to-table restaurants in the U.S. Who earned top honors from Georgia? Atlanta's own One Eared Stag .

The restaurant, located at 1029 Edgewood Ave. N.E. in Inman Park, opened in 2011 and is a venture by chef-owner Robert Phalen. Travel & Leisure writer Lauren Matison stated that Phalen is “widely lauded for working exclusively with organic, sustainable farms and fisheries, but it’s his cook-it-and-they-will-come ethos toward inventive, daily-changing dishes that will stand the test of time—that, along with the house-made elixirs and mounted animal heads.”
