Anniversary party: One year of business equals one banging birthday celebration. Colletta will celebrate its one-year anniversary by offering a three for $35 dinner, which includes any three menu items of your choice (except the prosciutto board). Easy as pie: From 6-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5 at Chick-fil-A in Marietta (2105 Roswell Road N.W.) will host to Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus clowns, who will entertain customers in an effort to raise funds for the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Tea time: Bubbleology , the London-based beverage bubble tea company, will debut its tea-bar cafe at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6 at Mall of Georgia. The first 100 people in line will receive free bubble teas. Here's something else to sip on: Anyone who receives a free bubble tea or buys some on Saturday will be entered to win prizes.
Pre-Mardi Gras madness: For a pre-Mardi Gras celebration menu, head over to Venkman's, where executive chef Melvin, a Louisiana native, will offer faves such as duck and lobster gumbo; crab boil shrimp; eggplant etouffée; and more on Feb. 5 – 6. Dinner reservations will start at 5:30 p.m. Stay for music too. At 9:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5 Cadillac Jones will perform; at 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6 New Orleans funk jazz band, The Mar-Tans will hit the stage.
