Reformation Brewery, which opened its tasting room in 2014, was named the top new brewery in Georgia.
The Best Awards are tallied from scores by RateBeer reviewers worldwide and as such are always both interesting and controversial.
Even more controversial, the USA Today 10Best Readers' Choice beer poll is up and running this month, with Atlanta favorites such as the Brick Store and the Porter in the running for best beer bar, the Wrecking Bar for best brewpub, Creature Comforts and Orpheus for new brewery, and Atlanta for best beer scene.
