Rose + Rye set to open and the other big Atlanta dining news from the week

These are the biggest dining, cooking and food stories of the week:

Rose + Rye announced that it will open Oct. 17. Located in a Midtown mansion at 87 15th St. NE, the restaurant will be run by an all-female team serving "refined American fare with a global reach."
