Peachtree Corners is reeling in a big culinary catch this month, by way of new seafood restaurant Noble Fin.
The spot, from Chef Jay Swift of popular Old Fourth Ward restaurant 4th and Swift, will open at 5 p.m. May 23 at 5260 Peachtree Parkway. Swift's son, Jeb Aldrich, will serve as chef de cuisine at Noble Fin, which hired 60 employees in March .
The menu will offer seafood, steaks, pasta dishes and local vegetables, and will feature full wine and beer lists.
