If the holidays blew your budget or you just don't feel like dropping a wad of cash for one night or you just want a low-key, but festive New Year's Eve celebration, this list is for you. The following seven restaurants will be offering fuss-free celebrations, no cover charge celebrations and some will offer free beer or champagne toasts. All events will occur on New Year's Eve, Sunday, Dec. 31.
Bulla Gastrobar : For a laid-back vibe with tapas, Spanish dishes and more, head to this restaurant, which will be open until midnight. A complimentary champagne toast plus hats and noisemakers will be offered for the last seating of the evening.

Ladybird Grove and Mess Hall : Guests will be invited to ring in the new year with no fuss—no reservations, no prix fixe, no dress code and no cover charge—at the fourth annual New Year's Eve Do Nuthin' party. There will be live music, food and drink specials plus a complimentary glass of Miller High Life.

The Federal : This Midtown restaurant will offer a brunch and dinner with chicken and waffles, Alaskan king salmon, dry-aged Kansas City strip and an eponymous burger plus a few surprises. The last dinner seating will be at 11 p.m., but the bar will be open until 1 a.m.

Meehan's Public House : The Buckhead and Vinings locations will throw a New Year's Eve party, each with Irish New Year toasts at 7 p.m. plus midnight toasts. Complimentary champagne will be provided for both toasts. The Sandy Springs location will offer live music from 9 p.m.-1 a.m.

Hampton + Hudson : Whether you feel like dressing up or down, get the party started early with the restaurant's regular brunch and dinner menu. Starting at 5 p.m., patrons can order select dishes from the special menu, and stay for dinner to enjoy beats from DJ McBeezy, a champagne toast at midnight, $5 drink specials and more. Arrive early; free admission before 8 p.m. and after, it will be a $10 charge at the door.
